As a family-owned business, we're passionate about sharing authentic Mexican flavors through handcrafted food and genuine hospitality. Every cut of meat is cleaned, trimmed, and marinated in-house, our tortillas are pressed fresh throughout service, and our guacamole and salsas are made from scratch because quality has always come first.

Whether we're catering a wedding, serving a corporate lunch, or welcoming guests to our pop-ups, we approach every event with the same care and attention to detail. Being named Best Taco at the Yakima Taco Festival two years in a row is an incredible honor, but what means the most is earning the trust of the families, businesses, and communities we serve.
